Infios is seeking a strategic, customer-focused Director of Product Marketing. This is a highly visible leadership role shaping how Infios brings its Warehouse Management System to market. As the Director of Product Marketing, you’ll define the product story, lead go‑to‑market strategy, and enable sales teams to clearly articulate value across industries. You’ll partner closely with product, sales, and customers to turn market insight and innovation into compelling positioning, successful launches, and real customer impact. What a day in the life looks like:

  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience and differentiates Körber Supply Chain Software in the market.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes. Analyze customer needs and preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Product Launches: Plan and execute successful product launches, including go-to-market strategies, launch events, and collateral development.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor the competitive landscape and analyze competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product differentiation and market expansion.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively sell Körber Supply Chain Software products.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers and partners to gather feedback, understand their needs, and drive product adoption.
  • Product Management Collaboration: Work closely with product management teams to ensure that product development aligns with market needs and marketing objectives.

What you bring to the team:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the B2B software or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing software products.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain concepts and industry trends.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.  

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the supply chain software industry.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Marketing.
  • Experience with digital marketing and content marketing.

Base Salary range* 140K - 170K

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is based on evaluation during interview process, the candidates’ range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
