Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned product marketing leader to drive commercial success across Omnicell’s outpatient business units. This role blends strategic marketing acumen with hands-on execution to position and launch innovative SaaS platforms and pharmacy services that advance medication adherence, patient engagement, and pharmacy efficiency. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of healthcare provider and pharmacy ecosystems, and a relentless focus on business growth and go-to-market performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional GTM strategy and execution for new product introductions and commercial campaigns.
- Develop differentiated positioning and messaging based on market insights, customer segmentation, and competitive intelligence.
- Partner with Product Management, Sales, and Clinical teams to define and communicate value propositions tailored to providers, payers, and pharmacies.
- Create sales enablement tools, training materials, and playbooks to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Analyze campaign performance, customer feedback, and sales metrics to optimize marketing efforts and influence roadmap priorities.
- Support pricing and packaging strategy in collaboration with Finance and Product teams to maximize commercial outcomes.
- Represent marketing in key customer meetings, tradeshows, and executive briefings to reinforce value messaging and gather market feedback.
Knowledge and Skills
- Deep understanding of healthcare technology, retail pharmacy workflows, and value-based care trends.
- Expertise in go-to-market planning, competitive positioning, and demand generation.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
- Data-driven decision making with proficiency in marketing performance analytics.
- Clear, compelling written and verbal communication tailored to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and customer segmentation tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, healthcare administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in product marketing, including healthcare technology or pharmacy services.
- Demonstrated experience driving both strategy and execution in a B2B SaaS or services environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience marketing to health systems, pharmacies, or payers.
- Background in clinical workflows, medication adherence, or patient engagement solutions.
- Experience launching SaaS platforms or subscription-based services.
Work Conditions
