As our Director of Product Marketing you will:
- Define and own solution-level positioning, translating product capabilities into outcome-driven narratives aligned to ideal customer profiles, industries, and priority use cases
- Drive messaging and content strategy that directly impacts demand generation, including campaign themes, solution pages, thought leadership, and executive-level content
- Lead competitive intelligence and analyst engagement, ensuring strong positioning in market evaluations and differentiated win strategies
- Equip revenue teams with scalable solution-selling tools, including pitch decks, storytelling frameworks, and training for complex enterprise deals
- Contribute to executive communications and represent Coveo at industry events, analyst briefings, and strategic engagements
- Lead and develop a team of product marketers, fostering a culture grounded in strategic thinking, customer empathy, and execution excellence
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
- 10+ years of experience in business-to-business marketing, including significant experience in product marketing within enterprise software-as-a-service (SaaS)
- Proven success defining and launching multi-product or solution-level go-to-market strategies
- Experience building, leading, and developing high-performing product marketing teams
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex technologies (artificial intelligence (AI), platforms, integrations) into clear business value
