The Role

Panacea Financial | Remote | Reports to CMO

Panacea Financial is the financial platform built exclusively for doctors, dentists, and veterinarians. From school through practice ownership, we provide the banking, lending, and financial tools that help doctors build the careers they want. We're looking for a Director of Product Marketing to own how we show up in the market — from messaging and positioning to go-to-market execution.

The Opportunity

You'll lead product marketing for our Practice Solutions business — the products that help doctors buy, start, and grow their own practices. This includes practice acquisition loans, SBA lending, merchant processing, and commercial banking. These are high-consideration purchases with complex buyer journeys, and your work will directly influence how doctor practice owners discover, evaluate, and choose Panacea Financial.

This is a hands-on role with strategic impact. You'll develop the messaging frameworks, lead product launches, and build the cross-sell motion that turns single-product customers into long-term relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Own messaging, positioning, and value propositions for Practice Solutions products
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for product launches and feature releases
    Build the cross-sell motion across our product portfolio — from practice financing to deposit relationships to consumer banking
  • Translate customer research and competitive intelligence into differentiated positioning
  • Develop thought leadership content — webinars, guides, and sales collateral that establish Panacea as the trusted partner for practice owners
  • Support our conference presence with compelling messaging for medical, dental, and veterinary events
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Performance Marketing to drive pipeline and revenue

What You Bring

  • 7+ years in product marketing, with B2B or B2B2C experience
  • Track record of go-to-market launches that drove measurable business results
  • Ability to translate customer insight into compelling positioning and copy
  • Experience developing cross-sell or lifecycle marketing strategies
  • Experience in fintech or B2B tech
  • Comfortable building structure in a fast-moving environment
