The Director of Product Marketing is a key leadership role responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for our product portfolio. They will lead a team of product marketers and work closely with product management, sales, and other cross-functional teams to drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing principles, a proven track record of launching successful products, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with overall business goals.
    • Define target audiences, market opportunities, and competitive positioning for our products.
  • Product Launch:
    • Lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring successful market entry and adoption.
    • Create launch plans, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Content Creation:
    • Oversee the development of compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations.
    • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
  • Market Research:
    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
    • Use data and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Sales Enablement:
    • Develop and deliver sales training and tools to enable the sales team to effectively sell our products.
    • Create sales collateral, product demos, and competitive battlecards.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor a team of product marketers, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  • Budget Management:
    • Manage the product marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and effective ROI tracking.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with product management, sales, engineering, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing plans.

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.

The Salary Range for the role is $133,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year.

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
