To support our rapid growth, we’re seeking a talented Director of Product Marketing (Contract).  

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you will be responsible for creating the Vertical marketing strategy for CoreTrust’s largest categories including Public Sourcing, Human Resources and Prescription Benefit Services (PBM) go-to-market as well as shaping the new e-commerce platform. You will drive successful merchandising, delivery and adoption of the categories, including leading creative development, measurement and optimization for demand generation.  

As a customer-focused marketer, you will develop and deploy new marketing strategies and plans for Public Sourcing (K-12 education, local and state government procurement) and/or Human Resources and Prescription Benefits (PBM). This includes identifying the Ideal Customer Profile, mapping the customer journey and researching and representing the voice of the customer. You have a track record of developing, testing, measuring and optimizing demand generation strategies and plans through traffic-driving channels and strategies, including digital channels, on-platform cross-sell and up-sell campaigns, and sales enablement. Responsibilities

  • Product Marketing Strategy 
    • Develop targeted strategies for Public Sourcing (K-12 education, local & state government procurement and contract) and HR/PBM (procurement, contract & regulation nuances) 
    • Collaborate with Category and Product Management teams to translate market insights into actionable plans for these specific verticals 
    • Establish the customer journey for Public Sourcing, HR, and PBM members, considering their unique needs within the new e-commerce platform. ICP ETC 
  • Strategic Go-to-Market Leadership 
    • Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies and activities for Public Sourcing, HR, and PBM categories and products 
    • Align these strategies with corporate, brand, and category goals to drive sales growth and member adoption 
    • Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, supporting the Sales team's efforts 
  • Content & Messaging Expertise 
    • Develop and manage content tailored to each vertical (Public Sourcing, HR, PBM) for various marketing channels (website, email, social media) 
    • Collaborate with internal and external content creators to ensure consistent brand voice with an innovative, customer-focused perspective 
    • Refresh category and product content for the e-commerce platform, integrating brand messaging, site descriptions, and AI copywriting 
  • Data-Driven Optimization & Measurement: 
    • Plan, implement, track, and analyze marketing performance metrics and analytics (leads, traffic, conversion, revenue) specific to Public Sourcing, HR, and PBM categories 
    • Utilize marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce/Marketing Cloud, and 6Sense to optimize ROI across paid and owned channels 
    • Monitor budget and campaign performance, providing regular reports to stakeholders and highlighting opportunities for optimization 
  • E-commerce & Omnichannel Marketing: 
    • Collaborate with Technology, Brand, Design, and Product teams to optimize the new e-commerce platform content and user experience for Public Sourcing, HR, and PBM categories 
    • Develop targeted audience activation plans and integrate efforts with Marketing's editorial calendar to maximize effectiveness across digital channels (website, email, social media) 
    • Experience marketing and optimizing across various channels, including on-site, social media, and sales enablement materials 

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in product marketing, with a strong focus on Public Sourcing (K-12 education, local and state government procurement) and/or Human Resources and Prescription Benefit Management procurement and regulation nuances 
  • 5+ years in e-commerce product marketing experience 
  • Experience marketing and optimizing across omnichannel including website, email, digital, social media platforms, events, communications and sales enablement (including sales narratives, sales pitch decks, collateral, FAQs), paid search, sponsored ads, and promotions  
  • Experience in demand generation marketing including CRM and CDP, Salesforce/Marketing Cloud, 6Sense, metrics development, tracking, reporting and optimizing across paid and owned channels   
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to write copy that delivers the brand voice and tone  
  • Experience with pricing and bundling strategies, conducting market research, analyzing trends and optimizing pricing models and promotions  
  • Customer-focused, B2B and B2C experience preferred  
  • Familiar with online subscription models preferred
