Job Description:

Role Summary

The Director of Product Marketing & Campaign plays a pivotal role in driving the success of product launches and ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy. This role is responsible for leading a cohesive and integrated approach to product marketing and campaign strategy, ensuring that all aspects of the product launch are aligned and executed effectively.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead Product Value Proposition Development: Collaborate with the product development team to create compelling value propositions that align with the product's features, benefits, and target audience. Ensure that the product launch strategy effectively communicates the product's unique selling points.
  • Lead Marketing Materials Development: Oversee the creation of comprehensive product launch and marketing materials, including product brochures, product leaflets, presentations, and digital content. Ensure consistency with the brand's messaging and effective communication of the product's value proposition.
  • Drive Campaign Strategy and Design: Lead the creation of product campaign strategy through data analytics, market research, and focus groups. Identify the most effective campaign propositions for reaching target segments and channels, balancing impact with financial constraints.
  • Channel Communications: Influence diverse stakeholders, including senior management, channel representatives, and functional leaders, to obtain agreement on value propositions and campaign strategies.
  • People Management: Coach and develop team members to advance their knowledge and improve the overall capabilities and core competence of the team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • At least 10 years’ relevant life insurance experience in product marketing & campaign.
  • Possess in-depth understanding of the insurance products, clients’ needs, sales process and industry development in HK.
  • Excellent stakeholders management, facilitation and presentation skills
  • Strong drive and proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel and make optimal use of resources
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese, English and Mandarin
