The Director, Product Manager- Source to Pay is responsible for setting the strategic direction and overseeing the delivery of Source to Pay technology solutions. This role leads cross-functional teams, aligns product vision with business goals, and ensures innovative, efficient solutions that drive value. The ideal candidate has deep product leadership experience, strong technical expertise, and knowledge of Procurement and/or Supply Chain.
Responsibilities:
Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple Source to Pay products.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities with business needs.
Guide product teams through Agile delivery, removing blockers and ensuring quality releases.
Monitor product performance and leverage KPIs for continuous improvement.
Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
Manage vendor relationships and oversee contract compliance.
Mentor Product Owners and manage team resources effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or related field.
10+ years in product ownership and delivery, with proven leadership in complex technology solutions.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, systems/software engineering, and product lifecycle management.
Experience with SAP Ariba (multiple modules) preferred; Procurement/Supply Chain experience desirable.
Demonstrated strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
