Product Managers lead Product Groups to guide discovery and delivery and ensure work is tied to measurable outcomes. This role will lead the team and organization to deliver outsized impact through product excellence and inspiring leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the VP of Product and Data, serve as the operational head of Product Management, leading and coaching the PM team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment, and setting high standards for product excellence.
  • Champion deep empathy for customers and associates and ensure Product is a trusted, outcome-driven partner to the business, partnering with business and technology leaders to define product vision, strategy, priorities, and success measures.
  • Uplevel how product operates at GC, including prioritization, roadmap planning, stakeholder engagement, and post-launch measurement, while improving efficiency, scale, and overall product impact.
  • Clearly communicate strategy, tradeoffs, risks, and results to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Strengthen roadmap quality by aligning work to strategy, OKRs, and customer and associate needs, while advancing teams toward stronger discovery, prioritization, and learning.
  • Drive effective cross-functional execution and stakeholder trust using evidence-based decisions, open communication, and clear tradeoffs.
Preferred Qualifications

To Join Our Band, You’ll Need the Following:

  • 10+ years experience, including 7+ years in product management and 4+ years in leadership roles, with experience in retail or a related domain.
  • Proven ability to lead a Product Management function, improving product operations and scaling consistent practices across teams.
  • Strong product strategy and roadmap leadership, translating business priorities into clear plans across complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with experience measuring impact and making decisions with imperfect or evolving data.
  • Strong product judgment, balancing customer needs, business constraints, and retail realities.
  • Experience working on both customer-facing and internal products, operating in a shared-ownership model
  • Strong discovery, prioritization, data, and executive communication skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment where priorities evolve and influence matters as much as authority.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience connecting digital and physical customer journeys.
  • Experience with platform products, associate-facing systems, internal tools, or enterprise workflows.
  • Familiarity with Agile development, product operations, Jira/JPD, analytics, experimentation, personalization, or AI-enabled capabilities.
