Responsibilities:

Lead Product Strategy & Execution

  • Identify opportunities to standardize, streamline, and scale product processes and delivery practices across teams.

Coach & Develop Product Managers

  • Act as a mentor, coach, and thought partner for Product Managers — growing their capabilities in discovery, strategy, delivery, and stakeholder influence.

  • Translate complex product and industry concepts into clear, teachable frameworks.

  • Create a culture of ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

Champion Quality & Consistency

  • Set expectations for excellence in discovery, design, and delivery.

  • Review and guide work across pods to ensure precision, accuracy, and impact.

  • Drive process improvements that raise the standard for the entire Product organization.

Demonstrate Subject-Matter Expertise

  • Serve as an internal authority on market trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics within your product domain.

  • Leverage deep understanding of financial services and analytics to guide strategic decisions.

  • Ensure the team’s work connects directly to business and client outcomes.

Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration and Innovation

  • Build strong, solution-oriented partnerships with Engineering, UX, Data, Advisory, and Product Delivery, identifying opportunities to bring innovation to products and the product discovery and development process

  • Proactively share insights, decisions, and learnings across pods and departments.

  • Resolve issues through direct, constructive communication that strengthens relationships and speeds outcomes.

Model Leadership & Influence

  • Set challenging but achievable goals for your products and teams and hold yourself accountable for results.

  • Create clarity, remove roadblocks, and champion your team’s successes across the division.

  • Contribute to company-wide initiatives that improve performance, culture, and client impact.

Salary Range: $180,000 -$190,000 (plus bonus)
