We are seeking a visionary and highly experienced Director of Product Management for the UK market to lead the strategic direction and development of our platform. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), this hands-on leadership role is ideal for a seasoned product leader who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment, understands the complexities of the UK NHS and its healthcare delivery system and can effectively translate business goals into a bold and actionable product vision and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
    • Define and own the long-term product vision aligned with company strategy and market opportunities in the UK market
    • Translate the product vision into an executable product development roadmap, with clearly defined phases and milestones
    • Collaborate closely with engineering leadership to ensure timely and high-quality product execution
    • Continuously prioritize the roadmap based on evolving business goals, customer feedback, and market needs
    • Lead cross-functional alignment efforts, building strong consensus across product, engineering, commercial, and clinical teams
    • Direct product launch and release activities, including beta programs, go-to-market coordination, and stakeholder readiness
    • Work directly with customers and users to elicit, validate, and analyze product requirements and feedback
    • Create product-level financial models, and conduct competitive and market research to drive ROI-driven decisions
    • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product management and design team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
    • Monitor the competitive landscape and emerging market trends to ensure C the Signs remains at the forefront of healthcare technology
    • Ensure all products comply with regulatory requirements, including Medical Device regulation, SOC2, ISO27001, ISO13485 and other compliance requirement

Requirements
    • 10+ years of product management experience, ideally within healthcare technology or digital health
    • Proven success working in dynamic, fast-moving startup environments; able to multitask and lead under ambiguity
    • Deep knowledge of the UK healthcare landscape and its delivery systems, including familiarity with the NHS system, including the need of primary cares, secondary cares and general practices. Clinical knowledge is highly desirable.
    • Experience with direct-to-consumer (D2C) healthcare products and associated go-to-market strategies
    • Strong capabilities in financial modeling, market analysis, and ROI-based product evaluation
    • Outstanding customer-facing skills; experienced in collaborating with users, buyers, and external partners
    • Excellent business acumen and a strategic mindset; able to connect market opportunities with product strategy
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build alignment, and drive results across departments
    • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills; strong presenter to both internal and external audiences
    • Highly effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
    • BA/BS required; MBA preferred
