We seek an innovative and results-driven Director of Product Management to lead and enhance our product strategy and growth focused on driving customer retention, increasing engagement leading to long-term loyalty, and delivering value through gamification-driven solutions. 

• Strategic Leadership: Lead the product management team to define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving key metrics related to retention, engagement, and overall product success.
   

• Retention & Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to increase user retention and engagement through data-driven insights, compelling user experiences, and personalized interactions.
   

• Gamification Strategy: Leverage gamification techniques to create compelling user journeys, encourage desired behaviors, and foster a sense of achievement, progress, and community within the product.
   

• Generosity-Driven Product Design: Champion the design of generous product features that exceed user expectations and cultivate long-term customer loyalty, creating a product ecosystem that delivers both value and delight.
   

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, design, data, and customer success teams to ensure smooth product development, alignment on goals, and effective execution.
   

• Customer-Centric Innovation: Conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis to understand customer needs, pain points, and desires continuously. Transform these insights into actionable product features that drive engagement and retention.

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Proven experience in driving customer retention, engagement, and loyalty, particularly within digital products or services.

• Strong expertise in gamification and the ability to integrate game mechanics into a non-gaming product to motivate and engage users.

• Demonstrated ability to design and implement product strategies that deliver long-term customer value, with a focus on generosity and customer satisfaction.

• Excellent product management skills and experience handling cross-functional initiatives.

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

• Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming communities and trends.
