You will oversee the product lifecycle from strategic planning to execution, ensuring alignment with TAG’s broader business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Product Leadership & Vision:

  • Define the overarching product strategy across multiple product areas, balancing business objectives with customer needs to create a competitive advantage in the market.

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and areas for innovation, ensuring that the product portfolio remains differentiated and competitive.

End-to-End Product Oversight:

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of product development—from concept to launch and beyond—ensuring that each product aligns with both the short- and long-term goals of the business.

  • Manage the execution of the product roadmap through collaboration with senior management, product teams, and other business units.

  • Provide high-level direction for translating strategic objectives into detailed product development plans, while guiding the product team through the agile process to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Cross-Departmental Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other leaders across the organization, including UX Design, Engineering, Operations, Customer Care, Marketing, and Legal, to ensure seamless execution of the product strategy.

  • Play a key role in aligning product development efforts with broader organizational goals, ensuring that product initiatives support TAG’s overall vision and mission.

  • Engage with key stakeholders (internally and externally) to ensure continuous alignment of the product portfolio with market needs and business objectives.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers and product owners, guiding them to achieve product and business goals.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability within the product team, supporting the team’s professional growth and ensuring that best practices are adopted across product management activities.

  • Provide thought leadership, coaching, and direction to ensure that product teams are empowered to execute and innovate.

Product & Market Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform product strategy and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Develop actionable insights based on data to influence key product decisions and ensure the continuous improvement of product offerings.

Stakeholder & Vendor Relationships:

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with third-party vendors to optimize the value of the product portfolio and ensure seamless delivery of new solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment on product goals, timelines, and expectations.

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement:

  • Track and report on the performance of products within the portfolio, using key metrics and data to guide decision-making and improve product offerings.

  • Continuously refine and improve product management processes, ensuring that the team uses agile methodologies and best practices to drive product innovation and efficiency.

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • 10+ years of product management experience with a focus on digital product development, particularly in high-tech or consumer-facing industries.

What We Do

When we helped launch Aspen Dental, we set out to break down the barriers that made it hard for patients to keep up with their dental health — affordability, transparency, and access. We knew the key to better patient care started with the provider, so we changed how the dental business worked. We built new relationships, expertise, and tools to help dentists run their businesses more effectively and better care for their patients. Fast forward, and over 25 years later, we support more than 1000 Aspen Dental locations—by doing so, we are proud to say we have changed access to dental care nationwide. But there’s more work to do. Healthier, happier smiles were just our beginning. We came together to launch TAG – The Aspen Group, officially expanding beyond dental and embracing a new vision. By bringing together Aspen Dental, Chapter, ClearChoice, WellNow, and Lovet into one family of brands, we set out to achieve one simple goal together: to bring better healthcare to more people - because we believe in a future where health and wellness is accessible for all. With that mission in mind, TAG now supports over 5,300 clinicians across more than 1,400 locations. While our vision is now broader, how we achieve it remains the same. The best care starts with the provider - and TAG exists to power them so they can meet patients where they are, no matter their specialty, and deliver better care. Because we know that at the end of the day, better healthcare is simple — empower the provider and their teams, and the rest will follow. United as one group, we’re not just breaking down barriers; today, we’re breaking through. We’re challenging the status quo. Together, we can prove healthcare can be better for both providers and patients. Together, we can bring better healthcare to more people.
