SNAP is Brightree’s resupply automation platform for scale HME providers. As Director of Product Management for SNAP, you will lead the development and lifecycle management of the SNAP product line. You act as the bridge between customers, service teams, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative, viable, scalable, and user-centric products. You are fully accountable for the product direction in this domain and for turning strategy into measurable results. You ensure our dedicated, multidisciplinary Product Teams are autonomous to deliver and accountable to outcomes enabling cross-team collaboration on implementation, driving launches and user communication across the full product lifecycle, and delivering on the success metrics for your portfolio. You’ll work horizontally across Brightree and ResMed to advance a modern, scalable, and audit-ready resupply engine.
Competencies and Responsibilities:
Strategy & outcomes
Define the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for SNAP; align to commercial goals and measurable KPIs (conversion, automation rate, A.I.R., etc.)
Drive data-driven portfolio management: cohorts, set targets, and adjust priorities by insight.
Product delivery & platform modernization
Lead Product Managers and Technical Product Managers to ship resilient, performant capabilities (rules/workflow engines, orchestration, reliability/performance improvements).
Modernize for scale, security, and cost efficiency; embed governance and compliance as product capabilities with clear audit evidence.
Experience & adoption
Advance multi-channel digital experiences that improve ordering conversion, status transparency, and exception handling; measure adoption and outcomes post-launch.
Demonstrated experience designing for scale and resilience, modernizing platforms for performance, reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
History of advancing digital experiences multiple channels, improving conversion, status transparency, and exception handling.
Experience partnering with Product Marketing/Sales on packaging/tiers, positioning, launches, and migrations tied to value metrics.
Applied analytics & AI
Apply analytics/AI pragmatically with human-in-the-loop guardrails; publish observable outcomes and safeguards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Designs and builds for tomorrow, not today.
10+ years in SaaS product management and leadership; success with automation, order management, and/or supply-chain/RCM/CRM adjacent platforms.
Healthcare/HME domain knowledge: payer/eligibility rules, documentation requirements, and compliance/audit needs.
Proven delivery of platform capabilities at scale (rules engines, workflow/orchestration, reliability/performance).
Strong PM craft (discovery, PRDs, Agile sequencing, experimentation) and cross-brand leadership across Brightree & ResMed; executive-level communication.
Customer-anchored: solves the right problems using research and data; relentless patient/provider advocate.
Integrative decision-maker: balances user insight, business strategy, and technical execution.
