At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. • Evolve priorities: Continuously refine the roadmap using insights, customer feedback, and performance data.
  • Lead cross-functional execution: Drive enterprise initiatives and end-to-end delivery from discovery through launch by partnering across Marketing, Digital Banking, Technology, Cyber/CIAM, UX, and product teams.
  • Champion the member experience: Leverage customer insights and behavioral data to inform strategy and deliver cohesive, user-centered experiences.
  • Guide product performance: Own portfolio outcomes, prioritization, pricing/growth strategies, and overall product health.
  • Provide thought leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends (onboarding, authentication, open banking) and apply insights to product innovation.
  • Manage and influence stakeholders: Build trust and alignment across senior leaders and cross-functional partners, effectively communicating priorities, navigating competing interests, and driving decisions without direct authority.
  • Lead and scale the team: Manage and develop talent, mentor across levels, and evolve team structure to support future growth.

This isn’t just about ticking off tasks on a list. It's about making a significant, positive change in BECU’s journey, where your contributions are valued, and your growth is continually fostered.
