The Role
Fidelity Charitable is adding a Director, Product Management in Durham. As a senior-level individual contributor, the Product Manager plays a key role in advancing the Money Investment Management (MIM) vision by delivering industry-leading Give, Grow, and Grant capabilities that support secure, scalable, and reliable Donor Advised Fund (DAF) operations across retail, corporate, and institutional offerings. Working closely with the Product Leader, this role helps translate portfolio strategy into actionable roadmaps and customer-focused solutions. The Product Manager partners closely with engineering, UX, architecture, operations, and business teams to drive product discovery, define requirements, prioritize investments, and deliver high-quality experiences that create measurable customer and business value. In this role, you'll own the product vision, strategy and roadmap via strategic and opportunistic product leadership.
Drive product strategy execution from ideation through launch and continuous improvement
Identify customer needs and market opportunities through research, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement
Develop and maintain product roadmaps that maximize customer value and support key business outcomes
Lead cross-functional teams through planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and release activities
Partner with business and technology leaders to prioritize initiatives and align product investments to strategic objectives
Leverage customer feedback, product metrics, and market insights to continuously improve experiences and outcomes

Fidelity’s Charitable Technology group develops the next-generation technologies that directly impacts how customers accomplish their philanthropic goals. As a member of the Fidelity Investments business unit supporting Fidelity Charitable and other philanthropic solutions for customers, companies, and financial advisors, you will help our applications evolve through hands-on software development, technical mentoring, and cross-team collaboration with a diverse, co-located engineering team, while also visualizing customer issues as drivers for internal change.
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.
