Outreach infuses agentic AI, conversation intelligence, and assistive AI to power hundreds of use cases across revenue motions. From new logo prospecting to expansions, deal acceleration, driving retention, and forecasting, Outreach AI automates workflows and frees sellers to focus on more strategic conversations and actions. World leading enterprise organizations use Outreach to power their revenue teams, including Databricks, SAP, Siemens, and Verizon to name a few.

About the Team
Join our growing Product organization as we expand the Outreach product portfolio to dominate global markets in the Revenue Orchestration space, serving mid-market customers through to global enterprises. Our Product team sits at the intersection of PDESS (Product, Design, Engineering, Support & Success) and the GTM engine: Marketing, RevOps, Sales, Partners, and Enablement.

We are obsessed with collaborating with internal teams and customers alike. We wake up each day ready to do our best work and remain ever curious about how to improve, evolve, innovate, and grow. We move fast, hold each other to a high bar, and have each other's backs. This role reports to the GM & Sr. Director of Product Management.
The Role
Outreach is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the Forecasting & Deal Management product area from our Hyderabad hub. This is a high-impact, player-coach role: you will set product vision, drive execution excellence with product, engineering and design, develop a world-class local PM team, and engage directly with customers and sales to shape the roadmap.

You will bring deep knowledge of enterprise sales technology and revenue intelligence, a clear point of view on how AI is reshaping the forecasting and deal management landscape, and the leadership presence to align a global organization behind a shared product direction. You will both manage and contribute as a hands-on PM, setting strategy one day and writing specs the next.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include:

    Product Vision & Roadmap

    • Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to co-develop and own the multi-year product vision and roadmap for Forecasting & Deal Management.
    • Translate company strategy, market trends, and customer insights into a coherent, prioritized product strategy that balances near-term delivery with long-term platform investment.
    • Synthesize competitive dynamics and customer research into clear product narratives that align engineering, design, sales, and executive stakeholders around a shared direction.
    • Define and own success metrics for the product area, tracking progress and communicating results to leadership on a regular cadence.
    •

      AI-Powered Product Development

      • Drive the integration of AI and machine learning capabilities into the customer-facing product roadmap.
      • Champion the adoption of AI tools and workflows within the PM team itself: from research synthesis and spec generation to roadmap analysis and decision-making, bringing AI into how PMs do their work every day.
      • Partner with data science, ML engineering, and design to build a coherent AI product development process from ideation through experimentation and launch.
      •

        Execution Excellence

        • Drive a high-performance product development culture in close partnership with engineering, design, and QA, delivering against commitments with quality and speed.
        • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and definition through development, launch, and post-launch iteration, establishing consistent standards and repeatable processes across the team.
        • Establish clear prioritization frameworks that balance customer commitments, technical debt, platform scalability, and innovation investment.
        • Proactively surface and resolve cross-functional dependencies, risks, and blockers before they impact delivery timelines.
        • Partner with program management and engineering leads to maintain a healthy, well-scoped backlog and a reliable sprint cadence.
        •

          Player-Coach Leadership

          • Manage and mentor a team of product managers in Hyderabad, providing regular coaching, candid feedback, and clearly defined growth paths.
          • Directly own and contribute to one or more product areas as an individual PM contributor — modeling strong product craft, writing crisp PRDs, and raising the overall bar for the team.
          • Create a high-trust, high-accountability team environment that encourages intellectual curiosity, healthy debate, and courageous thinking.
          •

            Team & Career Development

            • Build and retain a high-performing PM team through thoughtful hiring, structured onboarding, and intentional career development conversations.
            • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning through PM craft sessions, retrospectives, and knowledge-sharing rituals that keep the team sharp and growing.
            • Act as an advocate for India-based PMs in global forums, ensuring their voices, contributions, and career trajectories are visible to senior leadership.
            •

              Customer Engagement & Revenue Support

              • Support the sales organization in new customer acquisition by participating in product demonstrations, discovery sessions, and RFP responses for Forecasting & Deal Management.
              • Serve as a strategic product advisor to key enterprise accounts, building trust-based relationships that surface deep insights and inform roadmap decisions.
              • Own the feature request and customer feedback loop: triaging, prioritizing, and communicating back with transparency and commitment.
              • Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Account Management to ensure customers are realizing the full value of the product and adoption metrics are trending in the right direction.

Our Vision of You:

  • 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, with at least 3 years in a senior or director-level PM role.

  • Deep understanding of sales technology, CRM, revenue operations, or adjacent domains; direct experience with forecasting, pipeline management, or deal intelligence products is a strong advantage.

  • Proficient understanding of AI in SaaS technology including the landscape and what it practically takes to go from model to production-ready product.

  • Proven track record leading complex product areas end-to-end, from vision and strategy through execution and iteration, in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Strong executive-level presence and communication, with a demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams without direct authority.

  • Exceptional storytelling skills: you can translate technical complexity into clear, compelling product narratives for customers, partners, and internal audiences alike.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and grow PM teams at varying levels of seniority, with a genuine passion for people development.

  • Ability to operate effectively across time zones and cultures in a global organization, building alignment and trust at a distance.

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, engineering, or computer science preferred.

Why You'll Love it Here:

  • A player-coach role with real scope — you will shape both the product direction and the PM team culture from the ground up in Hyderabad.

  • A seat at the table on AI strategy — you will have direct influence over how Outreach brings AI into the product, not just as a feature but as a core capability.

  • Exposure to world-class enterprise customers including Databricks, SAP, Siemens, and Verizon.

  • A collaborative, intellectually curious team that holds itself to a high bar and genuinely has each other's backs.

  • Competitive compensation, benefits, and the chance to help build Hyderabad into a center of product excellence for a global revenue AI platform.

  • Flexible time off, generous health coverage, parental leave, and employee referral bonuses.

  • Diversity and inclusion programs that promote employee resource groups and a commitment to hiring the whole human — not just a resume.
