We’re hiring a Director of Product Management to lead Explainability and Contestability across the platform. This role is responsible for defining how users understand, diagnose, and improve AI behavior across the full lifecycle.

You will define the strategy and partner with engineering, design, and GTM teams to bring it to life across SeekrFlow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product strategy for explainability and contestability across SeekrFlow
  • Build and maintain a roadmap that improves how users understand, debug, and refine AI system behavior
  • Write clear product specifications that define features, workflows, and expected system behavior for engineering and design teams
  • Define product capabilities across UI, API, and SDK, ensuring consistency for both SaaS and self-hosted deployments
  • Partner with engineering and design to deliver intuitive workflows for diagnosing issues and improving outcomes
  • Work across teams to ensure explainability capabilities are implemented consistently throughout the platform
  • Identify gaps in the current user experience and prioritize high-impact improvements
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, internal teams, and usage data to inform product decisions
  • Support enterprise and regulated use cases by enabling auditability, traceability, and reproducibility
  • Partner with GTM and field teams to position explainability capabilities and support customer engagements
  • Define success metrics and track performance to ensure measurable improvements in user outcomes

Qualifications

  • Experience operating at a Principal, Group PM, or Director level
  • Background in platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products
  • Experience working with AI/ML systems (LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, or agent-based systems)
  • Experience in B2B product environments, preferably enterprise-focused

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly LLM behavior and evaluation
  • Familiarity with model training and fine-tuning workflows
  • Understanding of agent-based systems, including orchestration, tool usage, and execution flows
  • Experience with observability, debugging, or system instrumentation
  • Ability to define product capabilities across multiple surfaces (UI, API, SDK)
  • Comfortable working with deployment models including SaaS and self-hosted environments

Nice to Have

  • Ability to use AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., copilots, code-generating models) to prototype workflows, test ideas, or validate product concepts

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong product writing skills with the ability to produce clear, structured specifications
  • Ability to define product direction in ambiguous problem spaces
  • Strong product judgment and prioritization skills
  • Experience driving cross-functional execution across engineering, design, and GTM
  • Clear communicator who can translate complex systems into understandable product decisions
  • Focus on building products that drive real-world usage and measurable outcomes

What’s In It for You

  • Ownership of a core platform capability that directly impacts production adoption
  • Opportunity to work on complex problems at the intersection of AI, infrastructure, and UX
  • Collaboration with experienced engineering and design teams
  • Competitive compensation, equity, and full benefits
  • Hybrid work environment with in-office collaboration
