Job Description:
The Director, Product Management Data & Analytics will manage our Data & Analytics. The Director, Product Management Data & Analytics will play a crucial role in helping define and execute our product strategy, focusing on innovation, customer and user-centric solutions in the industry. You will lead a team of product managers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance & launch products that improve healthcare delivery, patient outcomes, and operational efficiencies.Key Responsibilities:
- Help define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
- Champion a customer-first approach by deeply understanding user needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Manage and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance on business case development, prioritization, roadmap planning, and execution.
- Create a collaborative and innovative environment, ensuring quality and on-time deliverable.
- Guide the entire product lifecycle from ideation to product sunset, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements in healthcare IT.
- Cross functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver scalable and impactful solutions.
- Identify new opportunities, emerging technologies, and competitive threats with market research.
- Continuously improve product performance and user experience utilizing data driven insights
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, IT professionals, executives, and external partners.
- Communicate product strategy, milestones, and performance metrics effectively to gain buy-in and support.
- Stay informed about healthcare regulations and ensure products adhere to compliance standards and best practices.
- Perform other duties that support the overall objective of the position.
Education Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, software engineering discipline, or a related field.
- Or any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position.
Experience Required:
- 10+ years of successful management experience.
- 8+ years of experience working on “technology-powered products” as either a product manager, designer, engineer, analyst, or implementer/trainer.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with the ability to speak to your measurable successes.
- Experience within an Ambulatory Healthcare environment which can be attained through positions such as office manager, medical assistant, or systems analyst.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of: Deep understanding of healthcare technology, product management best practices, and a passion for improving patient care. Proven track record in product management within healthcare IT, demonstrating progressively increasing levels of responsibility and achievement. Solid understanding of healthcare IT systems, interoperability standards, EMRs, telehealth, and digital health solutions.
- Skill in: Strong leadership and management skills with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to: Ability to think strategically, analyze complex problems, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
