We are seeking a Director Product Management to join our global Sabre Enterprise Data, Analytics & AI Platform team, where innovation knows no borders. This team plays a pivotal role in driving the development, innovation and governance of our advanced data, analytics and AI platforms. As Director Product Management, you will lead and expand our portfolio, ensuring strategic growth and excellence across the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring our data, analytics and AI platform is robust, scalable and compliant with global data governance and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will design and implement policies and processes that uphold data integrity, security, privacy and ethical AI practices, maintaining stakeholder trust and meeting evolving compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic direction and roadmap for Sabre enterprise data, analytics and AI platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Drive the development, innovation and governance of advanced data, analytics and AI solutions, maintaining industry-leading standards for scalability, security and compliance.
- Design and implement policies and processes that uphold data integrity, security, privacy and ethical AI practices, ensuring compliance with global data governance and regulatory standards.
- Lead and mentor a global team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture across multiple regions.
- Drive alignment of global product management efforts with corporate strategy, ensuring consistent execution and delivery of platform initiatives worldwide.
Preferred qualifications and education
- Over 10 years of professional experience in product management and technical roles within data, analytics and AI platform environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a global team of product managers across multiple regions.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing policies for data integrity, security, privacy and ethical AI practices.
- Expertise in translating high-level platform and governance visions into actionable strategies and roadmaps.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, Rally and Product Quality Assurance (QA).
- Proficiency in SQL queries and datalake management.
- Strong communication skills with the capacity to present complex technical concepts to business units and executives.
- Bonus: Extensive knowledge of cloud technologies with a specific preference for Google Cloud certification.
- Bonus: Solid understanding of the travel industry and its data-driven business processes.
