Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Product Vision, Strategy & Market Leadership

  • Own the end-to-end clinical experience and entire product lifecycle for ambulatory care solutions, including clinical workflows, documentation, decision support, and quality-related capabilities (excluding interoperability, care coordination, and patient engagement), from concept to market leadership and ongoing optimization.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify high-growth opportunities, emerging trends in ambulatory care technology, and clinician pain points, translating them into differentiated capabilities that drive adoption, engagement, and competitive advantage.
  • Champion a data-driven and user-centric approach to product development, leveraging user research, analytics, and market insights to inform product decisions and ensure intuitive and exceptional experiences for ambulatory care providers and patients.
  • Serve as the executive voice of the clinician and the business, balancing usability, outcomes, and commercial viability.

General Manager & Business Ownership

  • Operate as General Manager (GM) for the clinical product portfolio with full accountability for business performance, including revenue contribution, cost management, and profitability.
  • Own and manage product-level P&L, including forecasting, investment planning, and trade-offs across scope, sequencing, and resourcing.
  • Define, own, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including but not limited to:
  • provider adoption and engagement, provider time saved / workflow efficiency gains, revenue growth and attach rates, gross margin and cost-to-serve, and return on investment (ROI) for automation and AI initiatives.
  • Partner with finance and executive leadership to ensure clinical investments are aligned to business priorities and growth objectives.

Execution, Delivery & Financial Impact

  • Partner closely with engineering to deliver scalable, high-quality, AI-driven clinical solutions embedded natively within Greenway's EHR.
  • Leverage GenAI and automation as foundational capabilities to reduce clinician burden, increase productivity, and unlock measurable economic value.
  • Make informed build vs. buy decisions, including evaluating, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships that accelerate time-to-value and improve financial outcomes.
  • Balance near-term delivery commitments with long-term platform investments and margin considerations.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and ownership, flexing team structure and capacity based on business priorities and delivery needs.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the organization (sales, marketing, engineering, customer support) to drive product initiatives and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with go-to-market teams to define pricing, packaging, positioning, and lead the development and execution of launch strategies that drive adoption and revenue, ensuring successful commercialization and sustained customer adoption.
  • Represent the clinical product vision and business outcomes internally and externally, including speaking at industry conferences, engaging customers, partnering with market influencers, and showcasing product leadership and thought leadership.
  • Maintain roadmap ownership while ensuring regular alignment and check-ins with senior product leadership.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field
    • Master’s Degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success leading product teams in the healthcare IT space, specifically within the ambulatory care market.
