Your Future Evolves Here
Evolent partners with health plans and providers to achieve better outcomes for people with most complex and costly health conditions. Working across specialties and primary care, we seek to connect the pieces of fragmented health care system and ensure people get the same level of care and compassion we would want for our loved ones.
Evolent employees enjoy work/life balance, the flexibility to suit their work to their lives, and autonomy they need to get things done. We believe that people do their best work when they're supported to live their best lives, and when they feel welcome to bring their whole selves to work. That's one reason why diversity and inclusion are core to our business.
Join Evolent for the mission. Stay for the culture.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Evolent is building a new AI platform from the ground up, and this role owns the foundation. As Director, Product Management (AI), you will define and deliver the shared platform components that every AI capability across the company will be built on. This is a rare greenfield opportunity: the architecture is still being shaped, the first capabilities are moving into production now, and the decisions you make in the first year will determine how fast the business can move for the next five. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with architects, applied AI engineers, data scientists, and clinical and operations leaders, with direct visibility to the executive team, on a program that is central to Evolent's strategy. If you want to build the platform rather than consume one - and to see AI change how care actually gets delivered - this is that role.

Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and client feedback to identify unmet needs and new opportunities.

Lead, coach and guide a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and operations teams throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch optimization.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
Present product strategies, roadmaps, and performance updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Act as a subject matter expert for your product area, representing Evolent Health at industry events and client meetings.
Ensure products comply with relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards.
Establish product vision and strategic direction for AI-enabled solutions and platforms.
