Through the Zeta Marketing Platform (ZMP), our vision is to make sophisticated marketing simple by unifying identity, intelligence, and omnichannel activation into a single platform – powered by one of the industry’s largest proprietary databases and AI. The Role

The Director of Product Management for ZX leads product strategy and delivery for Zeta’s customer acquisition business unit. This leader turns the needs of ZX’s clients and teams into a clear product vision, roadmap, and set of priorities, working closely with Product, Engineering, Data Cloud, and business unit leadership to bring them to market.

The role requires both ownership of ZX’s distinct needs and a commitment to building One Zeta. The Director will identify where Zeta’s core platform can serve acquisition use cases, adapt those capabilities to ZX workflows, and help turn successful solutions into reusable products across the company. The ideal candidate combines strong product judgment, technical fluency, commercial understanding, and the ability to lead through cross-functional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the ZX product vision and roadmap. Define a product strategy for customer acquisition that reflects client needs, business priorities, and Zeta’s broader platform direction. Set priorities, articulate tradeoffs, and measure the impact of what the team ships.
  • Connect the business unit with Product and Engineering. Serve as the product lead for ZX, translating business opportunities and operational needs into clear requirements and delivery plans. Partner with engineering and platform teams from discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration.
  • Build on Zeta’s core capabilities. Apply Zeta’s identity, data, AI, activation, and measurement capabilities to ZX use cases. Determine when an existing platform capability should be configured, extended, or developed into a new product experience.
  • Lead the email acquisition product experience. Bring strong command of email acquisition and ESP ecosystems to the role. Shape the products and integrations that support audience targeting, deliverability, campaign execution, optimization, and measurement at scale.
  • Scale solutions across One Zeta. Identify common needs across ZX and other business units. Champion shared components, consistent workflows, and reusable approaches that strengthen the platform and avoid duplicative development.
  • Understand customers and the acquisition workflow. Work with ZX leadership, client teams, Sales, and customers to understand how marketers identify prospects, plan and activate campaigns, optimize performance, and measure outcomes. Use those insights to shape product decisions.
  • Drive execution and adoption. Align stakeholders around scope, milestones, dependencies, and success measures. Partner with GTM and client-facing teams on launches, demonstrations, and enablement so new capabilities solve real problems and are used effectively.

Qualifications

  • Significant product management experience, including ownership of a roadmap and delivery across multiple teams.
  • Experience with advertising technology, customer acquisition, marketing technology, or a related data-driven product area.
  • Deep understanding of email as an acquisition channel, including ESP platforms and integrations, audience and identity resolution, deliverability, campaign orchestration, and performance measurement.
  • Ability to translate commercial and customer needs into scalable product decisions and clear requirements for engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of how data, identity, activation, and measurement work together in a marketing workflow.
  • A track record of influencing teams across business units and central platform organizations without relying on direct authority.
  • Sound judgment about when to tailor a product to a business need and when to invest in a shared capability.
  • Clear communication with technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders.

BENEFITS & PERKS

  • Unlimited PTO
  • Excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Employee Equity
  • Employee Discounts, Virtual Wellness Classes, and Pet Insurance And more!!

Zeta Global Compensation & Benefits Highlights

How does Zeta Global ensure its pay and bonus plans are competitive?

Zeta Global supports competitive compensation through a mix of base pay, equity, performance incentives, financial benefits and employee feedback-informed rewards. The company’s total rewards approach connects compensation with ownership, financial planning and benefits that support employees’ broader well-being.

  • Competitive pay and incentives: Zeta lists competitive pay, equity, performance bonuses and an employee stock purchase plan as part of its compensation and total rewards offerings. Employees also describe compensation as a strength. A software engineer said Zeta offers “good compensation,” “best appraisals and pay raise” and a “supportive work environment,” while a director cited “compensation” as one of the strengths of the company.
  • Equity and ownership: Zeta offers company equity and an employee stock purchase plan, giving employees ways to participate in the company’s growth. Its broader financial benefits also include a 401(k) with company match, monthly financial workshops, commuter benefits and insurance coverage, reinforcing compensation as part of a larger financial wellness package.
  • Performance-oriented rewards: Employee reviews describe Zeta’s compensation as tied to performance and growth. One employee said, “Zeta pays well,” while another said compensation is “within industry range and revised every year.” A finance analyst cited “great incentives,” and a director described Zeta as a place to “shape your career” with room to move up. (Comparably; Glassdoor reviews; Indeed reviews)
  • Benefits that strengthen total rewards: Zeta’s rewards package extends beyond pay through health, dental and vision insurance, mental health benefits, pet insurance, flexible time off, parental leave, adoption assistance, fertility and family-building support, travel assistance for reproductive health procedures, volunteer days and wellness resources. The company also says it uses wellness surveys and employee feedback to shape benefits updates, including expanded parental leave and adoption assistance.
  • External signals:
    • Compensation sentiment: Employees on external review sites describe Zeta’s compensation as “good,” “great” and competitive, with reviews citing pay raises, incentives, benefits and performance-based earning potential. (Glassdoor reviews; Indeed reviews; Comparably)
    • Benefits signals: External profile data lists company equity, performance bonuses, an employee stock purchase plan and a home-office stipend for remote employees.
    • Financial wellness: Zeta’s benefits include 401(k) matching, financial workshops, insurance coverage and employee stock purchase participation.

Bottom line: Zeta Global’s compensation approach combines competitive pay, performance incentives, equity, stock purchase access and broad benefits, giving employees both near-term rewards and longer-term financial participation in the company’s growth.
