About your role:

We seek a Director of Product-Led Growth Marketing to help our organization build a world-class growth marketing function. As a Director of Product-Led Marketing, you will develop and implement a product-led growth marketing strategy that drives places of worship and nonprofits to sign up for our free award-winning online and mobile giving app platform. In addition, you will be responsible for creating and executing a strategy that drives donors to install the Givelify app and set up an account.

You will build and lead a team of growth marketers and collaborate cross-functionally to scale and grow our two-sided marketplace profitably. You will own the acquisition of new organizations and donors using our generosity-obsessed products and experiences as measured by KPIs including but not limited to # of qualified leads, conversion rate, # of new organizations acquired, donor app installs, donor accounts, and CAC. If you are a player-coach with a bias toward a deep understanding of product-led growth strategies, we would like to speak to you.

Your team:

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will be surrounded by a brilliant team of passionate people with an unwavering commitment to success. You will closely collaborate with marketing pros in brand, customer, content, and product marketing to achieve business growth. Identify new channels to reach high-value customers and donors
  • SEO and Traffic: Develop a comprehensive SEO strategy focused on digital content (blogs, ebooks, videos, etc.) to grow organic traffic and organic app downloads. Leverage data and insights from the Givelify databases to create search honeypots that draw organic traffic to the website. Lead and champion SEO, ASO, and SEM to make Givelify the top searched result for online giving and own the online giving category
  • Website and Conversion Rate Optimization: Conduct A/B tests and experiments to convert organic and paid traffic into leads and new customers. Design and launch new funnels: from targeting, ad copy, channel selection, landing page design, retargeting, analytics, and reporting, to iterate and improve continuously.
  • Budgeting and Planning: Establish KPIs aligned with product, marketing, and sales to ensure marketing drives predictable demand. Track, monitor, and report key performance metrics. Prepare and present regular reports to the management team on the strategy, plans, and performance of the various marketing initiatives and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing growth marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence. Mentor and develop team members to drive their professional growth.

To be successful in this role, you’ll also:
