The Role

We’re looking for a strategic, globally-minded Director of Product to lead the product strategy for Forecasting & Replenishment (F&R), with North America as the top priority market. This role is central to how RELEX delivers innovation, usability, and measurable business value for some of the world’s most advanced retailers and manufacturers. 

You’ll be responsible for shaping a product vision that aligns with RELEX’s overall goals, resonates with customer needs, especially in North America, and drives cross-functional impact across global teams. Through deep collaboration with Product, R&D, Sales, and Customer Success, you'll influence roadmap direction, support go-to-market strategy, and strengthen RELEX’s position as a leader in supply chain optimization. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

 Global Vision & Strategy: 

  • Define and lead the product strategy for Forecasting & Replenishment
  • Prioritize North American requirements while ensuring strategic alignment globally
  • Translate company-wide KPIs (e.g., NPS, win rate, attach rate, margin) into focus areas
  • Identify product opportunities and recommend build, partner, or acquisition paths 

North America Market Leadership: 

  • Act as the strategic product lead for North America - RELEX’s most critical growth market
  • Engage with key customers, partners, and prospects to validate priorities and opportunities
  • Ensure the F&R product is well-positioned to win and deliver in the regional market 

Roadmap Development & Alignment: 

  • Influence the global product roadmap to ensure it reflects North American priorities
  • Provide validated, market-driven insights to guide development
  • Collaborate with global Product and R&D teams to ensure timely, scalable delivery 

Go-to-Market & Packaging: 

  • Align with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on launches, messaging, and enablement
  • Drive vertical-specific use case packaging and pricing strategies
  • Develop compelling value narratives that support cross-product growth 

Execution Through Influence: 

  • Lead alignment and collaboration across global stakeholders without direct authority
  • Structure and support investment trade-off decisions with strategic rationale
  • Establish feedback loops to inform ongoing product strategy and measure success 

 

What Success Looks Like (KPIs): 
  • Improved F&R win rate in North America and other strategic markets
  • Increased attach and upsell rates for F&R modules
  • Higher NPS and retention, driven by relevant product improvements
  • Streamlined implementation through better product scalability 

 

We are looking for: 
  • 7–10+ years of product leadership experience in B2B SaaS, supply chain, or retail tech
  • Experience developing product strategy in a global or regional context
  • Deep knowledge of forecasting, replenishment, or planning optimization
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering business outcomes
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders without formal authority
  • Experience with vertical packaging, global product messaging, or GTM strategy is considered as a plus
