We’re looking for a talented Director of Product Design to take ownership of our product user experience, lead our design process, and manage our amazing Product Design team.

How you’ll shape the future of B2B sales
In this role, you will lead Lusha’s Product Design department. This means that you will be the go-to person in the company for anything UX-related. You will be the biggest advocate for the amazing experience our products must have and ensure the customer’s voice is heard. You will collaborate with partners across the organization — from Product Management to Engineering to Sales and Marketing. Our domain is full of complexities, and you will help resolve them in ways that our customers love and work for our business needs.
You will:
- Directly manage and provide leadership, direction, and mentorship for a team of Product Designers.
- Lead by setting an example and showing your team what good looks like.
- Define and direct the UX strategy of the company’s products.
- Understand requirements, define thoughtful solutions, and design extraordinary products that meet our business and end-user goals.
- Ensure that our products provide a seamless user experience across products.
- Inspire creativity in all design work.
- Be the champion of our users.
- Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Analytics, and cross-functional stakeholders to contribute to strategic decisions regarding the future direction of Lusha’s products.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Director of Product Design. We’d like to see examples of your team’s work.
- 7+ years of working experience as a Product Designer. We’d like to see examples of your work.
- You lead by setting an example through your actions.
- Experience in designing both PLG solutions as well as advanced systems, aimed at several user personas.
- Impeccable communication and presentation skills - our users will enjoy talking with you, and our Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers will love working with you.
- Very strong UX mindset, with an emphasis on usability and an obsession for detail.
- Experience in designing consistent, elegant, and thoughtful UI, working with an evolving design system.
- You can turn complex problems into simple solutions.
- You are a design advocate at heart. You spark excitement in everyone around you to build amazing products and rally the team behind their designs.
- You are highly proficient in Figma and other design tools.
- A hungry, infectious personality: we’re looking for someone who is great to have around.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
