PropertyGuru helps millions make confident property decisions. We are looking for a strategic Product Leader to drive innovation, launch new consumer offerings and elevate the search and discovery experience across our marketplace.
You will own the end-to-end consumer product vision, leading a team of Product Managers and partnering closely with Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing and Commercial teams to deliver high-impact, user-centric outcomes.
What You’ll Own
• Define and execute the consumer product vision and strategy
• Drive new product launches, monetization opportunities and market-disrupting features
• Lead improvements in search, ranking, discovery and SEO-driven organic growth
• Optimize marketplace health balancing commercial, consumer and customer goals
• Champion trust & quality systems (fraud prevention, verification, listing quality)
• Inspire innovation leveraging AI/ML to enhance user experience
• Build and scale a high-performing Product Management team
What You Bring
• 10+ years in Product Management with strong consumer marketplace/e-commerce background
• Proven success launching new consumer products and GTM strategies
• Expertise in search/discovery systems and SEO growth
• Strong analytical mindset using data to drive decisions and performance outcomes
• Experience improving marketplace dynamics and user trust mechanisms
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Passion for AI-enabled consumer experiences (experience a plus)
