About the role:
This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead a pivotal area within Redcare Pharmacy's rapidly expanding digital platform. As Director, Product, AdTech & MarTech (m/f/d), you will drive the development of our internal tools and platforms, empowering key stakeholders across marketing, retail media, and data functions. Job Description
About your tasks:
- Build and lead the AdTech & MarTech product area, designing scalable solutions for segmentation, personalization, and customer engagement.
- Oversee the optimization of our Customer Data Platform to enable effective segmentation and insights for personalized campaigns.
- Drive the development of self-service tools, enabling marketing and retail media stakeholders to execute strategies with minimal dependency.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and data teams to ensure the creation of innovative tools that align with business goals.
- Foster cross-functional relationships to unlock synergies across Marketing, Data & AI, and Category Management.
Qualifications
About you:
- Proven leadership experience in Product Management, with a focus on MarTech, AdTech, or comparable areas.
- Experience with customer data platforms is a must. Your have collaborated with internal stakeholders and made choices on buying or building effective solutions.
- Strong expertise in e-commerce , with a history of creating impactful, data-driven solutions.
- You’re excited to work in a highly collaborative, innovative environment with a focus on stakeholder empowerment.
- Experience in buy vs. build decisions and consolidating purchased tools for maximum effectiveness.
