Director, Private Equity Investment, Capital Partners

Position Description

The Director will be worked as the PE professional investment manager for CLSA’s USD GP “CLSA Capital Partners” with a 5 billion USD AUM. Responsible for growth private equity investment in Japan Market, in the Smart Manufacturing and TMT industry.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Deal sourcing and execution under fund’s strategy, support the fund to complete investment in Japan market
• Analysing and mapping investment opportunities in the Smart Manufacturing and TMT
• Due diligence and execution procedure
• Collaborating with fund team in other Asia countries for proceeding multinational investment deals

Requirements

• Bachelor or above degree in Business, Finance, Management and related majors preferred
• Director with 10 years working experience and at least 5 years of experience in PE investment
• Familiar with Japan private market and Japan Listing, with a tracking record in related market
• Strong analysis/ learning ability in Smart Manufacturing and TMT industry
• Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English
