Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As the Director, Planning - EMEA, you set the planning strategy that connects regional performance to Arc'teryx's broader growth and profitability objectives. You own the planning framework across B2B, Retail and eCommerce, from long-range financial targets through to inventory and merchandise planning, and you lead the cross-functional decision-making that keeps Merchandising, Channel Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Digital aligned. This is a role with real strategic weight: you'll shape how the region plans, build the team and processes that execute against that vision, and drive the planning maturity needed to support the regional business. - Anticipating business risks across the planning horizon and developing proactive mitigation plans that protect growth and profitability
- Building and developing a high-performing regional planning organization spanning Merchandise Planning, Demand Planning, and Omni-inventory Planning
