The Director, Physical Safety and Security is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing enterprise wide safety programs and physical security strategies to protect all employees, facilities, and assets. This role ensures full compliance with regulatory requirements DOLE OSH, BFP, LGU), drives incident response readiness, and strengthens the organization's overall security posture across all sites

• Safety Management and Compliance

• Emergency Preparedness and Response

• Physical Security Operations

• Risk Mitigations and Investigations

• Strategic Planning and Governance

Education:

• Graduate with a 5 year college degree in a relevant or similar safety-focused industry or health and safety discipline. Professional licensed preferred.

• Completion of DOLE or accredited OSH training provider’s mandatory forty (40) hour Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH, S02),  forty-eight (48) hours of advanced/specialized occupational safety training course relevant to the industry (S03) and Construction Safety and Health (COSH).

• Lean Six Sigma trained.

• Pollution control managing head trained.

• Very responsive, especially in emergency situations.

• An advocate of  behavioral safety and influencer.

• Willing to travel locally from site to site at least 3x in week, oversight of 10 sites in PH.

• Well versed in Building Codes and other safety regulations. Knows how to read plans and align it with safety standards.

• Have experienced real life threatening situations.

• Strong network in PNP, BFP, Disaster Response units and other LGU’s.

• Excellent People Management skills.

• Management of Security workforce.

• Handled fraud case investigations.

• Plans ahead to ensure minimal to zero impact on people and business incase of incidents.

• Well versed in SOC2 and PCI.
