Director, Performance Marketing – Own the full funnel, drive results, and scale smarter. 

You’ll define how Loop scales its customer base in the next phase of global growth. This means running our core acquisition channels like a high-performance machine — but also building what’s next through experimentation and innovation. You’ll drive revenue targets across Meta, Google, influencers, and affiliates, while also setting the foundation for the next frontier of performance media. You’ll collaborate closely with our Creative team to shape testing roadmaps, messaging strategy, and content formats that actually convert. And with a team of talented media buyers under your lead, you’ll make sure growth is fast, but also built to last. 

Your other responsibilities: 
  • Set and optimize performance targets across paid and affiliate channels to hit aggressive revenue and CAC goals
  • Oversee budget allocation and channel mix across global markets
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of media buyers and channel leads
  • Partner with creators, platforms, and influencers to scale new acquisition strategies 
How you’ll succeed as a Director, Performance Marketing 

You think in models and move fast. You know how to bring order to chaos without slowing momentum. You’re comfortable owning outcomes, especially when the stakes are high. To succeed here, you’ll need to connect dots across creative, data, and budget — and lead your team with clarity and direction. You’ll balance hands-on execution with long-term thinking, using your experience to filter what’s worth testing and what’s not. 

These key competences will set you up for success: 
  • 10+ years leading paid media in DTC, ideally with experience in scaling international markets
  • Deep expertise in 8-figure budgets across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms
  • Experience in influencer and affiliate performance models, including tech/platform management
  • Strong analytics skills; fluent in tools like Looker, GA, and attribution systems
  • Able to design, run, and learn from A/B and multivariate tests across platforms
