岗位职责
- 按照朗廷酒店集团的指导纲要制定酒店整体编制并合理控制人力成本。
- 根据朗廷酒店集团的标准，结合当地政策，制定合规的政策与流程。
- 根据朗廷集团标准要求，协助总经理开展行政委员成员年度目标设定和考核评估。
- 为酒店各部门同事提供公平的工作环境上给予支持与帮助。
- 通过年度调研，制定与财务计划相符合的薪酬标准。
- 根据集团标准，完成年度员工满意度调查，并跟进行动计划的落实与完成。
- 做好朗廷酒店集团文化传播工作，并以身作则展现集团文化。
- 促进酒店人才发展战略，定期开展人才盘点及人才发展计划。
- 与各部门保持密切沟通，给予各部门运营上的支持。
- 负责酒店员工关系问题的处理。
- 定期组织酒店员工大会
- 与院校建立良好的关系。
- 全日制大专及以上学历，酒店管理、人力资源管理或英语专业优先。
- 至少具备2年人力资源部部门负责人工作经验。
- 熟练应用日常的办公软件，如office。
- 熟练的英语听说读写能力

Skills Required
- Full-time college diploma or above, preferably in hospitality management, human resources management, or English major
- At least 2 years of experience as a head of human resources department
- Proficient in daily office software like Microsoft Office
- Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
