- Research, identify and propose appropriate People & Culture strategies to ensure the effectiveness of the hotel.
- Develop manpower budget and ensure manpower is under control within the manning established.
- Ensure proper administration of the Performance Management System in all departments and achieve a performance driven team.
- Identify and design appropriate training development initiatives to ensure a learning culture is developed within the hotel.
- Develops colleague manning policies in line with LHG guidelines.
- Combine with LHG and local policy to revise the People & Culture Policy and Procedure.
- Based on Group standard, complete the MCS, and the action plan.
- Deliver LHG culture to hotel colleagues.
- Responsible for recruitment of positions at all levels.
- Oversee trainee program development, university relations, and internship management to build sustainable talent sources.
- Ensure all learning and development programs and initiatives are to maximize guest satisfaction, staff motivation and organizational profitability.
- Set remuneration and compensation schedule, including but not limited to salary scale, based on the market survey result, to upkeep the hotel's competitive positioning.
- Attend to any labor related legal cases.
