Establishes and maintains effective internal controls and procedures for payroll operations. Coordinates and liaises with Shared Services leadership, facility leadership, Human Resources, and Corporate Payroll. Prepares and monitors the annual budget for payroll operations, analyzing variances to adhere to financial objectives. Participates in internal and external audits to ensure compliance and accuracy. Identifies and implements system modifications and process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency. Coaches, counsels, and develops payroll staff to ensure effective team performance. Achieves superior customer satisfaction by working directly with internal and external customers. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in payroll management and attending educational workshops. Available outside of normal business hours for occasional support needs. Other duties as assigned. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies in all payroll activities. Provides leadership and support to payroll team members, including guidance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Manages and leads payroll staff activities to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Pay Range:
$127,310.90 - $236,789.66Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
