Director Payments Platform Manager
Located in Atlanta, GA
We are seeking an experienced Payments Platform Manager to lead the modernization and growth of our Digital Payments Platform. This role will own the platform strategy, roadmap, and delivery of scalable, resilient, and cost-effective payout capabilities across bank accounts, cards, wallets, and multiple currencies, while evaluating emerging technologies such as Stablecoin-based payouts.

Role Responsibilities
Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the Account Payout Platform.
Lead platform transformation initiatives to improve scalability, resilience, and operational efficiency.
Deliver payout capabilities across bank accounts, cards, wallets, and multi-currency networks.
Translate business, customer, regulatory, and operational requirements into product features and delivery plans.
Partner with Engineering, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Treasury, Finance, and external providers to deliver platform enhancements.
Drive partner integrations, platform optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging payment technologies to shape platform strategy.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Payout transaction success rate.
Platform availability and reliability.
Settlement and payout processing speed.
Reduction in payment failures and operational incidents.
Processing cost per transaction.
Time-to-market for new payout capabilities and partner integrations.
Currency and market coverage expansion.
Partner performance against service-level agreements (SLAs).
Customer satisfaction and payout experience metrics.
Delivery of roadmap commitments and strategic transformation objectives.
Role Requirements
10+ years' experience in Product Management, Payments, FinTech, Financial Services, or Technology.
Strong knowledge of payout ecosystems, including bank transfers, card payouts, wallets, real-time payments, PSPs, settlement, reconciliation, cross-border payments, and multi-currency processing.
Proven experience delivering complex products and leading cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Experience
Payment partner and API integration experience.
Knowledge of payment orchestration, multi-rail routing, and payout processing platforms.
Experience in regulated financial services environments.
Global payments and multi-market experience.
Experience leading platform modernization and mentoring product teams.
Work Shift
