Summary

The Director, Partner Success serves as the strategic relationship owner and executive liaison for several of Curana Health’s senior living operator partners. This role sits at the intersection of partnership strategy, analytics, growth, operations, and executive relationship management, translating partner priorities into clear strategies and measurable action.


In this role, you will lead strategic partner discussions, create and present Quarterly Business Reviews, identify opportunities to improve performance and expand services, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver strong outcomes for partners and the residents they serve. You will serve as both an external brand ambassador and an internal advocate, helping align clinical operations, business development, analytics, marketing, product, and other teams around partner needs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Lead executive partnerships:

  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor and relationship owner for assigned senior living operator partners.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and represent Curana Health with professionalism, credibility, and commercial presence.
  • Lead executive business reviews, strategic planning discussions, and partner performance conversations.

Drive strategic growth:

  • Identify opportunities to expand partnerships, improve performance, support retention, and advance long-term growth objectives.
  • Guide conversations around service expansion, partnership optimization, value-based care opportunities, and future-state growth.
  • Translate partner and market insights into actionable business strategies and cross-functional initiatives.

Turn data into action:

  • Analyze operational, clinical, financial, and partnership performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations, dashboards, business cases, and recommendations that translate complex information into clear insights and action plans.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and other high-impact presentations for partner executives.

Influence across teams:

  • Coordinate efforts across clinical operations, business development, analytics, product, marketing, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Drive alignment without relying solely on formal authority, while navigating partner issues, removing barriers, and managing escalations.
  • Create clarity, structure, and momentum as priorities shift between partner strategy and operational execution.

Solve complex problems:

  • Apply a structured, analytical approach to ambiguous business challenges.
  • Synthesize quantitative data, qualitative insights, and stakeholder feedback into practical recommendations and action plans.
  • Balance strategic thinking with a strong bias toward execution and measurable outcomes.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7+ years of experience in partner success, client success, customer success, strategic accounts, account management, strategic partnerships, consulting, strategic operations, business development, growth strategy, healthcare operations, or a related field.
  • Experience building and maintaining executive-level relationships with external clients, partners, customers, or stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to influence complex stakeholder groups, drive alignment across cross-functional teams, and achieve results through collaboration and relationship management.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to independently build analyses, presentations, business cases, dashboards, and executive-level recommendations.
  • Experience developing executive-level presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), business cases, and strategic recommendations using complex operational, financial, clinical, or partnership data.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights and action plans.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast paced, and evolving business environments.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Willingness and ability to travel periodically, approximately 1 to 2 times per quarter or as business needs require.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or other advanced degree.
  • Management consulting, strategy consulting, healthcare consulting, or corporate strategy experience is strongly preferred, particularly when combined with responsibility for executive client relationships, strategic partnerships, growth initiatives, business development, or operational leadership.
  • Experience in healthcare, senior living, post-acute care, provider services, population health, primary care, behavioral health, value-based care, Medicare Advantage, healthcare partnerships, healthcare technology, or adjacent healthcare services.
  • Experience working in or helping build, scale, or transform a business function, partnership program, operating model, process, or customer-facing capability in a high-growth, PE-backed, VC-backed, startup, or rapidly growing organization.
  • Experience managing enterprise-level partnerships, strategic accounts, or complex multi-site healthcare operator relationships involving multiple locations, stakeholders, and lines of business.
  • Demonstrated success growing strategic accounts, expanding partner relationships, improving retention, or driving measurable business outcomes through executive engagement.
  • Vendor-side experience may be considered when paired with strong strategic thinking, analytical capability, executive presence, and relationship ownership.
  • People leadership experience, mentoring experience, or interest in growing into people management as the function expands.
