The Role
Leads Everpure’s company-wide partner operating model and multi-year execution roadmap. Represents the Global Partner Organization, validates partner workflows and field realities, shapes future-state priorities, develops metrics, and aligns senior stakeholders across sales, finance, product, marketing, and customer experience. Engages resellers, distributors, MSPs, and GSIs; converts recommendations into governed workstreams; secures ownership and delivery commitments; manages risks and accountability; and drives adoption of new ways of working.
Summary Generated by Built In

Everpure (NYSE: P) has evolved from storage pioneer to data platform, closing fiscal 2026 with $3.7 billion in revenue, its first billion-dollar quarter, and accelerating growth into FY27. Our strategic agenda spans the companies defining the next era of technology - hyperscalers, AI labs, the AI hardware supply chain, data platform providers, and the broader AI ecosystem.

This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.

THE ROLE:

We are seeking a senior partner leader to drive one of the most consequential company-wide initiatives underway at Everpure. We go to market through partners, and our next phase of growth will come from deepening that model by designing for partners from the start, in every function. As Director, Partner Operating Model, you will be the company's key advisor and expert on this effort: reimagining how we engage our partner ecosystem across the full go-to-market and product lifecycle, and across every organization that touches it. This is a rare mandate to shape how an entire company operates, with results that affect the long-term success of the company. The work reaches well beyond the Global Partner Organization (GPO), and you will be the one driving it.

You will be the GPO leader for the program, bringing the partner lens, the partner voice and the stakeholder alignment that make the recommendations real, with wide latitude to set objectives and approaches for critical assignments. You will understand and validate how our partner processes work end to end, test findings against field and partner reality, assess partner impact and feasibility of proposed changes, and carry final recommendations into workstream charters. From there, you will own the outcome, not just the recommendations. Over a multi-year horizon, you will move from shaping the assessment to leading cross-functional execution of the multi-year roadmap.

This is a thought-leadership and influence role, not a program coordination role. You will build formal networks with key decision makers, be the face of this work with the top leaders of every organization, and serve as an external spokesperson on partner-led go-to-market. You will be expected to form a point of view and defend it with evidence in front of executive stakeholders across Global Sales, Finance, Digital Transformation, Product, Marketing and Customer Experience, and then hold each organization to the plan.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Represent GPO and the partner perspective in the company-wide assessment
    • Set the approach for and lead the socialization plan, driving early alignment with key functions and decision makers to secure buy-in for discovery
    • Bring deep knowledge of partner workflows and identify partner-related initiatives already underway across functions
    • Provide partner go-to-market expertise and clarify applicable partner programs throughout cross-functional discovery
    • Validate findings against partner experience and field realities
  • Shape priorities and the future state from the partner perspective, including future concepts where information is limited
    • Assess partner impact and implementation feasibility for each opportunity identified
    • Confirm final decision owners and recommend sequencing from the partner perspective, with a long-term view of strategic goals
    • Pressure test the feasibility of the proposed future-state operating model and the path to get there
    • Shape recommendations so they reflect how partners actually do business
    • Develop partner-focused metrics for functional scorecards, for both organizations and their leaders, to drive continuous monitoring across multiple functions
  • Bring the partner voice into the work
    • Engage a cohort of key partners across Resellers, Distributors, MSPs and GSIs to test what they consider critical
    • Gather and synthesize input from theater leaders across AMS, EMEA and APJ
    • Explore opportunities for partners to take on more of the customer lifecycle, from early engagement through services, renewal and expansion
    • Represent Everpure’s direction with key partners and at partner advisory councils, and be recognized internally and externally as the authority on partner-led go-to-market
  • Turn recommendations into committed, owned workstreams
    • Carry final recommendations into workstream charters with clear objectives, milestones and success metrics
    • Lead socialization of the multi-year roadmap with functional leaders and executives across the company
    • Secure accountable owners and secure committed cross-functional delivery dates for each workstream
    • Finalize the governance model and operating cadence for multi-year execution
  • Own and champion multi-year execution
    • Own cross-functional execution of the multi-year roadmap, through formal networks with key decision makers, and hold owners accountable for results
    • Use scorecard metrics to surface risks early, and escalate decisions to the right leaders
    • Drive consensus where organizational incentives are not naturally aligned, and hold owners accountable when priorities compete
    • Provide clear, concise readouts to GPO, steering committee and company leadership on progress, risks and required decisions
    • Partner with change management to make sure new ways of working are adopted and sustained
WHAT YOU’LL BRING...
  • 12+ years of relevant experience, including significant time in channel, partner or go-to-market roles within a B2B technology company
  • Deep working knowledge of the partner ecosystem across Resellers, Distributors, MSPs and GSIs, and credibility with partners and the field
  • Deep understanding of channel mechanics: deal registration, account coverage, compensation design, quoting and approval thresholds, program tiering and incentives, and partner lifecycle economics
  • Management consulting, corporate strategy, or go-to-market planning background strongly preferred, with experience structuring ambiguous problems and building executive-ready recommendations
  • Sound judgment in devising solutions to critical issues with limited information, and the ability to take a long-term view that ties solutions to strategic goals and objectives
  • Track record of results that impact multiple functions, and comfort exercising wide latitude in setting objectives and approaches for critical assignments
  • Exceptional executive presence; you are comfortable presenting to, challenging and earning the trust of the most senior leaders in the company
  • Proven track record leading large-scale, multi-year, cross-functional change from plan through execution, including governance, accountability and measurable results
  • Experience influencing and aligning VP- and C-level stakeholders across multiple functions without direct authority
  • Ability to translate a 2-3 year vision into a roadmap, metrics and operating cadence that keep many teams moving in the same direction
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to synthesize complex cross-functional topics into clear executive messages
  • Track record of driving organizational change and resolving systemic, root-cause problems rather than symptoms
  • Rigor and follow-through on complex, multi-year programs
  • Comfortable operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities, a high degree of ownership and a bias for action
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred
  • Knowledge of the data storage or infrastructure industry is a plus
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave
