Bethanna is seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Outpatient Clinical Services to provide clinical, administrative, and operational leadership for our growing outpatient behavioral health program serving children, adolescents, and families across Philadelphia, Bucks, and surrounding counties.

This leadership position is ideal for a licensed behavioral health professional who is committed to delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care while supporting clinical staff, driving program development, and ensuring excellence in service delivery.

Position Summary

The Director of Outpatient Clinical Services oversees the day-to-day operations of Bethanna's outpatient behavioral health program. This role is responsible for clinical supervision, staff development, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and program growth while ensuring children, youth, and families receive exceptional, evidence-based behavioral health services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical, administrative, and operational oversight for outpatient behavioral health services.

  • Supervise and support licensed clinicians and program support staff.

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, evidence-based clinical services.

  • Provide clinical supervision and consultation to staff.

  • Monitor compliance with agency policies, state regulations, licensing standards, and payer requirements.

  • Oversee program quality, performance improvement initiatives, and clinical documentation.

  • Support program development, expansion, and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with agency leadership to achieve strategic and operational goals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, community partners, and stakeholders.

  • Travel regularly between Bethanna's Reed Street and Southampton outpatient locations.

Qualifications

Required

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or another clinically recognized behavioral health discipline from an accredited institution.

  • Active Pennsylvania licensure as one of the following:

    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

    • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

    • Licensed Psychologist

  • Minimum of three (3) years of post-master's clinical experience providing behavioral health treatment to children, adolescents, and families.

  • Minimum of two (2) years of clinical supervision experience within a child and adolescent behavioral health setting.

  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

  • Experience providing trauma-informed care.

  • Training and experience in one or more evidence-based treatment models.

  • Experience leading outpatient behavioral health programs and multidisciplinary teams.
