We are seeking experienced and talented Senior Community Association Managers to fill the position of Director of Operations for our growing and busy property management branch in the vibrant Orlando, FL area. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational, management, and leadership skills. As the Director, you will oversee the operations and growth of our branch, ensuring expectational service delivery and client satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Community Association Managers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property management branch, ensuring efficient workflows and hi-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve branch objectives.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted adviser and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and operational metrics to meet or exceed branch targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide innovative solutions.
  • Identify business development opportunities and participate in marketing efforts to expand the branch's client base.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on branch performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Community Association Manager, with significant experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Active Florida Community Association Manager (LCAM) license is required.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and management skills with a track record of successfully leading teams and driving results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of community association management principles, financial management, and governing documents.
  • Proven business acumen and ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Experience in budgetingfinancial analysis, and delivering financial results.
  • Proficiency in property management softwareMicrosoft Office Suite, and relevant industry tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field is preferred.

Schedule and Compensation:

  • This is a full-time position with a standard work schedule of 40 hours per week.
  • Flexibility may be required to attend meetings, events, or address urgent matters.
  • Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Skills Required

  • Active Florida Community Association Manager (LCAM) license
  • Minimum of 8 years experience as a Community Association Manager with leadership/management experience
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of community association management principles and governing documents
