Location: Texas | Travel: Up to 20%| Relocation Required for Future Promotion
CHCP is seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to support ground campus performance, compliance, and student success. This role is part of CHCP’s Leadership Pathway Program and is designed as a preparatory step toward becoming a Campus President. The ideal candidate is an experienced higher-education leader ready to grow, lead cross-functional teams, and relocate as needed for advancement.
Key Responsibilities-
Support daily campus operations across Academics, Career Services, Financial Aid, and Admissions

Monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance

Assist with budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning

Lead and develop faculty and departmental leaders

Oversee Admissions, Financial Aid, and Career Services performance

Represent CHCP at community, employer, and student events

5–10 years of leadership experience in higher education

Bachelor’s required; Master’s preferred

Strong operational, analytical, and communication skills

Experience leading diverse teams and driving results

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic database tools
