Responsibilities

• Own and drive the company-wide operating cadence, aligning global teams (US + international) to measurable business priorities and ensuring disciplined execution.

• Design, implement, and enforce a company-level KPI framework tied directly to revenue, margin, efficiency, and strategic objectives.

• Identify and eliminate systemic operational inefficiencies (handoffs, tooling gaps, unclear ownership), delivering measurable improvements in cycle time and cost.

• Oversee and optimize core operational systems and workflows (e.g., procurement, contract lifecycle, reporting tools), ensuring scalability and automation.

• Partner with Finance and executive leadership on budget management, resource planning, and performance tracking to improve cost transparency and profitability.

Key Competencies

• Strong process mapping, documentation, and operating cadence design.

• Proven ability to build KPI infrastructures with automated reporting and clear accountability mechanisms.

• Strong financial acumen, with understanding of cost drivers, margin impact, and resource allocation.

• Systems thinker capable of diagnosing root causes and implementing structural fixes.

• Executive-level communicator who can influence cross-functional leaders without direct authority.

Experience 

• 8+ years in operations, business operations, portfolio governance, or operational strategy roles.

• Demonstrated ownership of company-wide or business-unit KPI frameworks tied to financial performance.

• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across distributed or global environments.

• Direct budget ownership and/or P&L accountability with measurable cost or efficiency impact.

• Track record of improving operational performance in growth-stage or scaling organizations (150–500 employees preferred).

Starting Compensation: 240k Total Compensation (inclusive of Base, Bonus & Equity)

Location: Las Vegas HQ - Onsite for 5 days per week
