A Day in the Life:
The Director of Operations’ primary goal is to oversee and operations of YESCO’s billboard inventory across all eight states. This includes ensuring each of our crews is executing each installation order in a timely and safe manner. In addition, this role will oversee the maintenance and repair of the inventory. This role requires a leader who can inspire, teach, and manage budgets, crews, vendors, and schedules. No day is the same with this position.

Proven leadership experience
Construction and/or service knowledge and experience is required

Knowledge of contractual business
Ability to operate a computer and a telephone
Excellent communication skills
Someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and make things happen
