JOB DESCRIPTION
Strategic leadership of an Operations group with focus on creating an efficient organization that delivers "World Class" service to our clients while mitigating risk to the firm.
Individual Responsibilities:
• Day to day strategic leadership of all functions within operations
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations
• Actively review business metrics and results
• Actively review and implement workflow process improvements
• Develop and growth management pool
• Lead department and enterprise level projects and initiatives
• Other duties as assigned
Shared Responsibilities:
• Partner with other Operations Team members to implement changes and to ensure a positive client experience
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• 2-5 years management experience
• 5-10 years industry experience
• Strong Knowledge of financial services industry and/or regulations
• Demonstrated passion for providing client centric solutions
• Demonstrated leadership ability and presence
• Ability to develop partnerships and gain consensus
• Ability to manage and implement complex projects
• Strong Analytical and risk assessment skills
• Attention to detail
