Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with corporate goals
- Oversee and manage all operational functions across the Philippines
- Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Track and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the BPO industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
- Exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies
- Advanced problem-solving capabilities and adaptability
- Experience managing budgets and resources effectively
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Owned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity.
- Knowledgeable in Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication.
