We are seeking an exceptional operations leader who wants to build something meaningful—not simply manage an existing operation.

Your Mission
As Director of Operations, you will lead all operational functions including:
- Manufacturing
- Production Planning
- Quality
- Supply Chain
- Warehouse & Logistics
- Maintenance
- Continuous Improvement
- Safety
Your objective is to build a high-performing operations organization capable of supporting DSA's next stage of growth.
Executive Growth Opportunity

The successful candidate will participate in an 18-month Executive Development Program with the opportunity to earn promotion to Vice President of Operations based on demonstrated performance, leadership, and strategic contribution.

Skills Required
- Proven experience leading manufacturing operations
- Knowledge and experience implementing Lean Manufacturing/continuous improvement
- Experience managing supply chain, production planning, warehouse & logistics, maintenance, quality, and safety functions
- Demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams and future leaders
- Financial discipline and understanding of operational profitability and cost reduction
- Desire and aptitude to grow into executive leadership (participation in executive development program)
