Lead daily production and warehouse operations, including scheduling, staffing, quality, safety, inventory, and on-time delivery. Build and develop a high-performing team, enforce operational standards, implement Lean and continuous improvement practices, monitor KPIs, improve quality and reliability, and report plant performance and capital needs to leadership.

Lead organizational culture, change management, and leadership development across a growing manufacturing operation. Design and implement KPI-driven performance management and review systems. Build leadership and career development programs, support bilingual workforce engagement, and partner cross-functionally and with an overseas parent to align people strategy with business objectives.

Build custom wood doors and interior trim as part of a production team. Cut, shape, sand, and assemble wooden parts using hand and power tools; operate drill presses, lathes, shapers, routers, planers, and nailing machines. Follow measurements, maintain safety, lift up to 70 lbs, and contribute to quality craftsmanship. Training and tools provided.

Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries, prepare quotes and orders, enter accurate orders in CRM/ERP, provide order updates, upsell complementary products, and support custom project coordination with engineering and operations to ensure timely production handoffs.
