Job Description
This is an office-based (hybrid) position in King of Prussia, PA
- Responsible for the line management of all PSI staff in the office, including hiring and dismissal, career development, training, coaching, mentoring, and performance appraisal
- Oversees and reports progress for projects staffed, managed, or supervised out of the local office
- Monitors and reports operational performance attributable to the region, including resource utilization, site productivity, quality of clinical data, critical path variables, regulatory and procedural compliance, and overall efficiency of operational practices
- Is responsible for financial planning and reporting for the PSI’s operations in the local office
- Participates in PSI’s regional operations development, attends business development activities and increases visibility in the regional professional and medical communities
- Liaises with vendors regarding the management and maintenances of the office premises
Qualifications
- University Degree
- At least 7-years professional experience in clinical research
- At least 5-years of managerial experience, including line management
- Experienced in executing process improvement initiatives
- Strength in multi-tasking and managing multiple high priority tasks at once
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented and driven
- Proficient in MS Office applications
