The Role:
As the Director of Nursing, you will be the cornerstone of our nursing program, responsible for developing, planning, and managing all aspects of the nursing team. You will provide the leadership and guidance necessary to optimize patient care and accomplish our organizational goals within a Detox, Residential, and Ambulatory (DR&A) setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management: Provide direct oversight and management of the nursing team and medical care processes.
- Clinical Excellence: Ensure all nursing services meet established standards, regulations, and credentialing requirements.
- Safety & Compliance: Serve as the Health and Safety Officer and maintain compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and other governing bodies.
- Strategic Partnership: Partner with the leadership team to implement orientation and annual training curriculum for teammates.
- Operational Oversight: Lead monthly nursing department meetings and participate in clinical and strategic planning sessions.
- Quality Improvement: Assist in developing and maintaining the Quality Improvement Plan and ensuring overall policy compliance.
What You Bring
- Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) with a full, unencumbered license in the state of Ohio.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Experience: At least two (2) years of management experience leading a nursing team.
- Preferred Skills: Three (3) years of experience in chemical addiction or mental health disorders, including psych pharmacotherapy.
- Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of EMR/EHR systems and Microsoft Office Applications.
