Are you a compassionate and experienced nurse leader looking to make a real difference? We are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to join our skilled nursing facility in Lima, Ohio. This is a full-time leadership role where you'll guide and support a strong clinical team committed to providing the highest level of resident care.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee the nursing department and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
